Here is the best workplace safety video ever. Ever. Simone sent it to me.
There are a whole bunch of Eastery facebook status updates from my Christian friends that are all HE IS RISEN! and that's cool and all, but I don't feel like saying something like that in my status because it's almost like a serious and private thing to me. Not that it's not meaningful to those people but I actually don't feel comfortable trying to even really acknowledge my feelings about Easter in my status because I feel like I'd cheapen it or make it trite somehow. I don't want to be judgmental of the people who choose to put that in their status. I just have a visceral reaction to it because a lot of bad things in my life came from people who did that sort of thing, the flagrant announcement of such.
So anyway, it's Easter. Mazel tov!

Aaaaagh! We used to have to watch stuff like this in Agriculture class in high school. The eye safety video was the WORST!!! "I knew better than to calibrate the lathe while it was operating." HA! Stupid!!! Now your foam rubber arm is gone forever!
I'll sure miss that foam rubber arm.
All amputated body parts that are found and come to the ER for reattachment are in coolers. Like the kind of coolers full of beer at parties. Kinda ew.
I felt like a total jerk for my Facebook status today after all the holiness around me. My status was, "Quote of the day from Easter Lunch: Mom: "She promised me a felted pickle." " What kind of a priest am I????
I very much like that status! It's hard to express what we feel today in a fb status and I think it could be better to not even try. :)
just to mess with people i thought about wishing everyone a Merry Christmas
I didn't manage the whole video - it reminded me of my time trying to be an engineer when these were played to us before lunch!
